LIBERATION MOVEMENT
Pop Up for Biennial of the Americas

LIBERATION MOVEMENT was a two week pop up activation hosted by Biennial of the Americas in Downtown Denver's Writer Square. In collaboration with many local creatives, Giddings transformed a defunct Pilates studio into a dynamic space where sound, movement, and artistic expression served as tools for personal and collective transformation. Featuring live music, visual art, workshops, dance, and interactive experiences led by local artists and activists, the space invited participants to explore embodied liberation, connection, healing, and the expressive spirit of the Biennial of the Americas. Giddings produced two vibrant weeks of programing from conception, to marketing, to execution and documentation, on a modest timeline and budget. Her mantra, which eventually became everyone's driving slogan was "MAKE IT ON THE FLY".
